Attorneys for drugmaker Johnson & Johnson, fined $1.2 billion for Medicaid fraud in April in Pulaski County Circuit Court, returned Tuesday to fend off demands that the company now be forced to pay $181 million in legal fees to the Texas lawyers who represented Arkansas in the lawsuit involving the drug Risperdal.
