Arrests Benton County Sheriff's Office James Early Raby, 42, of 37 Barnes Road in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony aggravated assault and felony possession of firearms by certain persons, misdemeanor first-degree assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
