Arrests Bella Vista Weldon Bruce Paschall, 52, of 3 Cawston Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of firearms by certain persons, third-degree domestic battery, second-degree false imprisonment, interference with emergency communications, second-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree assault on a family or household member.
