• Edgar Ortiz, 29, of 1403 Thrush in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony forgery, driving while intoxicated, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and failure to stop or yield. He was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.
