A 43-year-old construction worker living in Pocola, Okla., was arrested by Fort Smith police Friday on a warrant alleging that he raped a woman 10 years ago, when she was 31. Leroy Eugene King was arrested on the outstanding warrant during a traffic stop near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and South G Street in Fort Smith.
