The City Council approved an ordinance regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages after tweaking it to better conform with state laws Tuesday night.
The ordinance allows selling alcohol from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., prohibits drive-through windows and requires a conditional use permit if retailers are within 500 feet of a city park or trail.
