The Celts ’N Kilts Irish Festival will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Junior High School in Fort Smith. The festival, which will feature Irish food, games and fun, is sponsored by Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith and the city’s four Catholic schools.
