• Daniel Fletcher, 41, of 1101 S. Curtis St. F44 was being held in the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and felony possession of drug paraphernalia, following his arrest Sunday by Fayetteville police for failing to use a turn signal and driving on a suspended license. Fletcher is being held on bonds totaling $4,770.
