Rayneisha Miller, 17, of Marvell wore a Bradley University T-shirt one day while walking with her sister to their grandmother’s house. A man stopped and yelled at the girls, “You’re not going to go to college. You’re going to end up in Marvell.” Miller, a sophomore at Marvell-Elaine High School, was offended, she said.
