Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Clint Bolinger, 33, of 1791 Pine Crest Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanors failure to pay fines and cost. Bolinger was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,623 bond Friday. Fayetteville Demarcus Gaines, 24, of 760 Erica St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and misdemeanor third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Gaines was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,000 bond Friday.
