Arrests Arkansas State Police Eddy Rigoberto Hernandez, 19, of 1002 Flynt St. in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of endangering welfare of a minor in the first degree, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, reckless driving, resisting arrest, speeding and first offense driving while intoxicated. Hernandez was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Bentonville Karl Duane Gross, 24, of 734 N 12th St. was arrested Saturday in connection with endangering the welfare of minor in the second degree, misdemeanor and felony possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gross was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
