Cleanup crews on guard for cottonmouths and other snakes made progress Friday in removing oil that had flowed into a marsh along Interstate 40, two weeks after an Exxon Mobil pipeline ruptured in a nearby Mayflower subdivision, spilling an estimated 210,000 gallons of oil.
