• Emanuel Carrera, 25, of 2817B Yorkshire in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with communication devices, conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Carrera was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
