Jail and contempt of court charges should be considered for a former Fayetteville developer awaiting a June 17 trial on 37 counts of money laundering, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy, a federal prosecutor said in a motion filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Fayetteville.
