Former Fayetteville developer Brandon Barber will remain in the Washington County jail until a full detention hearing can be held, possibly next week, a federal judge ruled late Friday.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Erin Setser sent Barber back to jail after his attorney, Asa Hutchinson III, said there might be appropriate options for his client other than home incarceration while he awaits trial.
