Arrest Bentonville Rebecca Lee Harris, 40, of 12353 West Arkansas 72 was arrested Thursday in connection with misdemeanor and felony failure to appear, battery in the second degree, disorderly conduct, domestic battering in the third degree, public intoxication, refusal to submit to arrest and terroristic threatening in the first degree. Harris was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $10,000 bond set. Fayetteville Billy Rice, 30, of 835 W. Piedmont Place was arrested Thursday in connection with felony false evidence of registration or title and theft by receiving and misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, failure to register a vehicle and improper safety equipment. He was in the Washington County Detention Center Friday on a $2,000 bond.
