9:30 a.m.: Bella Vista Memorial Garden Cemetery, north of the intersection of Lancashire Boulevard and Buckston Drive. Attendees are asked to carpool and bring lawn chairs, if possible. Display: 22 large flags line cemetery roads. Speakers: ROTC cadets from the University of Arkansas. Music: Choir from the United Lutheran Church of Bella Vista, the Persnickety Singers and Sandy O’Neal. Ceremony at 10 a.m. led by VFW Post 9063.
