Arrests Benton County Sheriff’s Office Richard Eugene McGarrah, 38, of U.S. 62 in Gateway was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to appear. McGarrah was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set. Bentonville Javier Becerra-Mota, 40, of 1901 W. Shady Grove Road D26 in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with forgery in the second degree. Becerra-Mota was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
