A Rogers police officer accused of assault and domestic battery pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in Washington County Circuit Court Monday.
Sgt. Jesse Ray, a 15-year veteran of the Rogers Police Department, was arrested in May after a fight with his wife, Patricia Ray, during a family celebration in Lincoln.
