Amanda Bowman, 23, of 401 W. 24th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
