Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Jimmy Garrett, 25, of 701 W. Sycamore St. No. 57 in Fayetteville was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Thursday. Fayetteville Manuel Vasquez, 22, of 204 W. Pecan St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons and obstructing governmental operations. He also faces charges from another department. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Thursday.
