Arrests Bentonville Police Department Jerri Kay Reynolds, 48, of 800 S.E. Falcon was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and theft by receiving. She was being held at the Benton County Jail on Friday with no bond set. Fayetteville Timothy Hamblin, 43, of 5481 W. Clevenger Drive was arrested Friday in connection with felony second-degree battery and resisting arrest. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
