Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Cynthia Woolridge, 51, of 1005 Wood Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She also faces a possible parole violation. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond Friday. Arkansas Department Of Community Correction Isaac Hawkins Jr., 33, of 1704 S.E. Moberly Lane Apt. 13 in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with revocation of suspended sentence or probation. Hawkins was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
