Arrests Fayetteville Bruce Strickland, 34, of 1641 N. Oakland Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a defaced firearm, possession of firearm by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.
