Arrests Fayetteville Dennis Sisemore, 36, of 10013 W. Fairview Lane was arrested Friday in connection with felony, theft of property, disposal of solid waste at unpermitted site, abandon solid waste upon property of another, knowingly cause air pollution and managing solid waste in a manner or place to create or likely create public nuisance, public health hazard, water and air pollution. Sisemore was released from the Washington County Detention Center on Saturday on $2,500 bond. Springdale Anibal Perea-Mondragon, 24, of 1504 Kirsten Drive No. E was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault and second-degree domestic assault. Perea-Mondragon remained in the Washington County Detention Center Saturday awaiting a bond hearing.
