Arrests Fayetteville Melanie Smith, 34, of 3607 Clabber Creek Boulevard in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony aggravated assault, public intoxication, criminal mischief and carrying a weapon. Smith was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond.
